Chicken:

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1-2 TBS cajun seasoning
  • 1 TBS onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1-2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 TBS fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Mayo Just trust me on this, mkay?
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Lemon Pepper Sauce

  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • zest from half a lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 TBS cracked black pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions
