  • 1 –2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  2. Place the diced potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 4 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, and chicken bouillon powder.
  4. Carefully remove the potatoes from the microwave and sprinkle the seasoning mixture over them. Toss well to coat evenly.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the seasoned potatoes to the skillet, spreading them out in an even layer.
  7. Let the potatoes cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes, allowing them to develop a golden-brown crust.
  8. Flip the potatoes and cook for another 3–4 minutes, repeating until they are crispy and fork-tender.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
