Juicy Turkey Burgers

These turkey burgers are flavorful, tender, and easy to make! Whether baked in the oven or air-fried, they turn out juicy every time. Perfect for a healthy, protein-packed meal!

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Patties:
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into evenly sized patties.
  4. Let them rest for 10 minutes before cooking.
  5. Oven Method:
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  7. Place patties on a wired baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Air Fryer Method:
  10. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  11. Line the basket with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  12. Place up to 4 patties in the basket and air fry at 380°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
