Preheat the oven to 375°F

Cook rotini al dente according to package instructions; set aside

Season steak with steak seasoning

Pour vegetable oil into a large skillet

Add steak and brown on one side

Flip steak over and pour in the Worcestershire sauce

Cook until browned

Remove and keep warm

In the same skillet, melt the butter

Add in the red peppers

Saute for 2 minutes

Add in the spinach
-
Sauté until wilted

Add in the garlic and sauté for 30 secs

Pour in the white wine and simmer until it reduces; about 2 minutes

Add the cream cheese

When that melts, pour in the heavy cream

Bring to a simmer.

Add in the Cajun seasoning, chicken bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, Herbes de Provence, and black pepper.

Stir and simmer on low for 6-8 minutes

Stir in the 1/2 of each cheese.

Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray

Add in the rotini
-
Pour the sauce on top of the pasta and mix will

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed

Sprinkle the remaining cheeses and green onions on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese has melted and is lightly browned.

Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
