Caramel Apple Egg Rolls Recipe
Quick and easy dessert egg rolls filled with apple and cinnamon goodness with a little dollop of sweetened cream cheese.

Apples:

1 21 oz can Caramel Apple Pie Filling

brown sugar

cinnamon
Cream Cheese Filling:

oz
block cream cheese
softened

1/3
cup
granulated sugar

pure vanilla extract
Cinna/Sugar mix:
-
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
-

TBS
cinnamon

Egg roll wrappers
-
Oil for frying

Cream Cheese frosting for drizzle
Apples:

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl

Set aside
Cream Cheese Filling:

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.

Set aside.
Cinna/Sugar Mix:
-
In a shallow dish, mix cinnamon and sugar together.

Assemble egg rolls by spooning 3 apples and 1 TBS of the cream cheese filling per egg roll wrapper.

Heat oil in pan or deep fryer to 350°F

Fry rolls for 2 mins or until they are golden brown

Drain on a wired rack

While rolls are still hot, dredge them into the cinna/sugar mix.

Heat cream cheese frosting in microwave for 5-10 seconds.

Drizzle as much frosting as you’d like over egg rolls.
