Add the onions in the same pan with the burger drippings.

Sauté until onions start to brown

Add in the butter

When the butter melts, stir in the flour until it’s no longer visible

Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer

Stir well

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed

Add the burgers into the gravy, lower heat, and allow it to simmer for 25-30 minutes or until burgers are completely cooked.

Serve over warm rice or mashed potatoes
